NIIT Technologies appoints Jyoti Srivastava as Head of UK Operations

Strengthens Europe leadership team to sustain growth momentum 

New Delhi, June 13th 2012, Wednesday:- NIIT Technologies Ltd. (NSE: NIIT Technologies), a leading IT solutions organization today announced the appointment of Jyoti Srivastava, as Senior Vice President and Head of UK Operations. Jyoti was till recently Vice President at Tata Consultancy Services and has held various global roles during his long tenure at Tata Consultancy Services including, Head – Transportation Practice. Jyoti has rich experience spanning over 22 years in the IT industry.

As Senior Vice President and Head of UK Operations, Jyoti will be responsible for both Sales and Delivery for all UK based customers. He will strengthen the UK activities of the Company and work closely with Business Units in the geography to enhance NIIT Technologies’ market position.

Jyoti is recognized as a leader with the ability to rapidly analyze market trends, create and execute effective business plans. Jyoti has a BTech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Kanpur and is an alumnus of IIM Calcutta. He is also a member of IEEE and ACM.
