At Coforge, we recognize the importance of confronting the global challenge of climate change, that continues to impact our employees, the environment around us and our business operations. Our environmental commitment encompasses larger operational changes that we continue to make across our locations, prioritising the reduction of our environmental footprint. We ensure this by optimizing energy efficiency, waste management and water conservation techniques.
We have institutionalized several policies and practices to streamline our efforts to reach our sustainability targets and continue to enhance the capacity of employees to make continued progress towards them. Our ESG Committee is responsible for monitoring this progress and periodically reports the same to the Board.
The culmination of these efforts leads to sustainable growth at an organisation-wide level. Increased transparency, reporting and action have led the way for our Company to showcase our dedication to creating a positive impact on the environment.
