Rajeev joins us from Capgemini and brings with him 25 years of experience in a variety of leadership roles focused on Insurance go-to-market strategy, New Logos Acquisition, Strategic Account Management, InsureTech Partnerships and Front, Middle and Back office Industry leading solutions. He has been instrumental in building the Insurance GTM playbook and significantly growing/transforming the Insurance/Healthcare portfolio by up-selling Digital Transformation solutions including New Product Innovation, Digital Onboarding, Digital Underwriting, Touchless Claims Operations and Digital Contact Center. These solutions leverage technologies including Artificial Intelligence/cognitive machine learning, Robotic process automation, Customer Experience Design, Mobile applications, Data Analytics and Internet of things (IoT).
