Transforming Spectrum Management with Azure WebApp Deployment for an European Telecom and Broadcasting Regulator
Overview.
Client is the regulator and competition authority for a European nation's communications industry. It regulates the TV and radio sectors, fixed line telecoms, mobiles, postal services, plus the airwaves over which wireless devices operate.
Our client was facing with multiple challenges during their transition from 13 legacy applications to an Azure web app. The client had six deployment environments which were facing problems around security issues, disaster recovery (DR) setup complications, extended data migration, inconsistent testing, and incomplete release notes.
Solution.
Designed a robust DR setup and introduced Web Application Firewall (WAF) policies, segregating external and internal ingress.
Facilitated seamless Single Sign-On (SSO) integration between Salesforce and mySPECTRA.>
Developed a reporting dashboard for sprint issues, conducted regular technical meetings.>
Established various testing environments for ongoing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) deployments.
