Coforge stepped in to modernize their group management system by migrating to Wynsure. Solution.

Coforge implemented a comprehensive migration strategy from Genelco to Wynsure: 

  • Commissioned Wynsure as a replacement for the outdated Genelco system  
  • Identified and migrated approximately 5000 out of 9000 groups based on business rules 
  • Implemented a phased migration approach: 
    • Semi-automated process for group-level data migration 
    • Utilized ETL (Informatica) workflows for policy data migration 
  • Developed a multi-threaded policy conversion pipeline using DCT policy API
