Our client, operating in the Salesforce development industry, faced inefficiencies in their development process. They needed a centralized platform for managing requirements, defects, and change control, along with version control, automated testing, and deployment pipelines. They also sought improved collaboration, faster releases, and robust security practices.

We needed a centralized platform for managing requirements, defects, and change control, along with features like version control, automated testing, and deployment pipelines. Solution.
To address these needs, we harnessed the comprehensive suite of tools offered by ADO. Existing ADO projects were migrated to the new CI/CD setup. Azure Boards empowered our teams with enhanced collaboration features like agile planning and transparent communication with automatic notifications and alerts. For version control and automation, Azure Repos provided secure storage for both projects’ code, while Azure Pipelines automated build and release processes as part of the CI/CD implementation. To maintain code integrity, policies and security measures were implemented on branches and pipelines. Finally, reviewer and approver workflows were established within pipelines to ensure quality control before deployments.
