The key task at the beginning was to build a team on techno-domain specialists, capable of providing testing services across their products. We started with a core team of techno-domain specialists for their three service lines, Passenger, Airport and Government. The core team understood the products, created product documentation and started providing testing services. This core team then leveraging the documentation created a Knowledge Academy specific to the client, which enabled to be trained a ready pool of flex team resources to provide elastic capacity for growing business needs.
Our Product Testing CoE engagement involved:
- Providing end-to-end testing services as per customer agreed plan and defined SLAs.
- Deploying domain experienced resources involved in product implementation testing and business users training.
- We provide all functional (system, system integration, end-to-end business process testing) and non-functional testing (performance, security, accessibility, usability, operational acceptance testing) services including acceptance testing of changes in the products.

- We defined a unique TSR (Testing Service Request) workflow in ALM for tracking the testing requests and maintain transparency. This enabled the client to optimize testing costs.
