Our client’s network extends over greater distances and across multiple carriers' networks and is facing operational challenges including network congestion, packet delay variation, packet loss, and even service outages. Besides, adoption of next-gen technologies as VoIP calling, videoconferencing, streaming media, virtualized applications, and desktops require low latency and is a challenge in current scenario. Our client’s bandwidth requirements are also increasing, especially for applications featuring high-definition video conference calls and it can be expensive and difficult to expand WAN capability, with corresponding difficulties related to network management and troubleshooting.
