Our client, a leading Global Distribution Systems (GDS) product and services provider, was facing significant challenges with their current systems as they were expensive to operate and a barrier to adapting, innovating, and remaining competitive. The client embarked on a journey to modernize and re-engineer their legacy mainframe systems. With a new Next Generation Platform (NGP), they aimed to develop innovative solutions to operate more efficiently, streamline the onboarding of new customers, deliver changes swiftly, and improve operational and cost efficiencies.
