Overview.
Coforge created a case management solution to handle radio site activities, integrating Google Maps, Alfresco for document storage, and ad-hoc reporting. The system migrated data, improved workflow visibility, and upgraded from Pega 7.3.0 to 8.1.1, enhancing productivity and secure vendor access.
Challenges.
The existing system has no mobile compatibility, a lot of ad-hoc workflows and is not exposed to external users.
Workflows and related data are not together.
A huge amount of data is to be migrated from NSW AWS Environment to the content management system by applying meta data.
A huge amount of closed and in-progress work items are to be migrated from the existing system to pega application.

Store documents in Alfresco content management system with meta data, expose API to third party application and integrate with google maps.
Provide Ad-hoc reporting capabilities and role-based security.
Migrate massive amounts of data from existing applications to Pega applications.
