Overview.

Coforge created a case management solution to handle radio site activities, integrating Google Maps, Alfresco for document storage, and ad-hoc reporting. The system migrated data, improved workflow visibility, and upgraded from Pega 7.3.0 to 8.1.1, enhancing productivity and secure vendor access. 

Challenges.

  • The existing system has no mobile compatibility, a lot of ad-hoc workflows and is not exposed to external users.
  • Workflows and related data are not together.
  • A huge amount of data is to be migrated from NSW AWS Environment to the content management system by applying meta data.
  • A huge amount of closed and in-progress work items are to be migrated from the existing system to pega application.

Solution.

  • Manage activities related to planning, design, construction, viewing and maintenance of Radio Sites
  • Store documents in Alfresco content management system with meta data, expose API to third party application and integrate with google maps.
  • Provide Ad-hoc reporting capabilities and role-based security.
  • Migrate massive amounts of data from existing applications to Pega applications.
  • Upgraded system from Pega 7.3.0 to Pega 8.1.1
