There were several challenges in manual and error-prone checking of work:
Quality audits were performed manually using multiple excel sheets and Microsoft Access-based tools. This made it difficult to consolidate and analyse data.
Input files for quality audit were received through emails, data was distributed and collated through Excel files & shared/ stored in excel format.
Managing workflow & reporting was time consuming as data was in multiple excel files.
The Audit Checklist was not followed strictly.
