In the ever-evolving landscape of demand management, clients found themselves at a crossroads. Client’s Demand Management Tracking System (DMTS 1.0) was stuck in the slow lane. Convoluted testing and murky data visibility hampered campaign agility. To propel them forward, we planned a strategic migration to DMTS 2.0. This involved streamlining testing structures for better visibility and leveraging permission sets and flows to unlock the true power of their data. It wasn’t just a migration; it was a digital overhaul.

We implemented a comprehensive approach to streamline program management and testing:
Unified Powerhouse: A single, robust platform was created to support all three programs (DMTS, Electric Vehicles, Demand Response Management System (DRMS).
Testing Transparency: A well-defined and streamlined test plan structure was established for both DMTS and DRMS programs. Additionally, a custom Sprint Dashboard provided real-time insights into testing progress, including ticket status, assignments, and test execution.
Enhanced Maintainability: To ensure long-term system health, we meticulously translated Profiles to Permission Sets and Process Builders to Flows. This transition optimized code structure without compromising existing functionalities.
Best Practices for Success: We implemented Salesforce, Copado, and Azure Board best practices to ensure optimal system performance, scalability, and ongoing management.
