Overview.

Client was setting up a new state-of-the-art airport terminal which would offer a seamless journey experience to 45 million people and process and be able to handle 11,000 passengers per hour. The new terminal was to be made operational by November 2023. Coforge was selected to provide new-age web portal for the passengers, offering personalized customer service and cross selling capabilities.

Challenge.

A leading aviation hub in the Middle East was seeking to elevate the passenger experience by revamping its current websites with a strategic overhaul.
