A UK shoe retailer was burdened by outdated systems and manual processes. As a result, its supply chain was suffering. Coforge implemented an API-led solution using Mulesoft Anypoint to unify over 1200 applications. This streamlined operations, enabled real-time data access, and ensured smooth omnichannel support – all without disrupting daily business.
Our client, a UK-based international shoe manufacturer and retailer, has amassed over 1200 applications resulting in a considerable technical debt of legacy systems, siloed data, and hand-coded point-to-point integrations.
The existing Warehouse Management infrastructure had already reached its end of life, resulting in lengthy and often cumbersome processes. This affected the entire supply chain, from warehouse personnel to wholesalers, to consumers.
Solution
Coforge implemented Mulesoft Anypoint solution to replace all existing point-to-point integrations
API-led connectivity approach to integrate SAP, Manhattan, HighJump and numerous other existing applications
Ensured 100% compliance with the governance and data security requirements of the client, including proper logging, exception handling, auditing, and notification
