The client is a leading Middle Eastern airline using legacy systems for its business operations.

Appian was identified as the business process automation platform to address its current challenges with legacy UI. Appian would allow them to process deferred ticketing and operate legacy systems to meet market demands, using some of its facilitates:

  • Allows the client’s Fulfilment team to configure business rules for deferred ticketing and managing schedule changes  
  • Built reports to identify areas for automating ticketing and schedule changes
