Coforge has created a DevSecOps maturity assessment model which helps in the evaluation of DevSecOps maturity for any customer on people, process and tools covering 11 sub-practices within these 3 practices and then rates them on a scale of 1 to 5(Beginner(1), Novice(2), Intermediate(3), Advanced(4) and expert(5)). We use an excel based questionnaire to capture the AS-IS state of all the applications in the landscape for any customer, the immediate output for the questionnaire is the heat map (RAG color coding) along with the maturity roadmap.
